Wolcott, CT, April 16th, 2019<\/strong> \u2014 Wolcott, Connecticut will soon be the go-to spot for all varieties of local and regional craft beers with the introduction of the Connecticut Brewery Collective at 1 Wolcott Rd. The CT Brewery Collective will launch on April 26th, 2019 celebrating its official partnership with Skulls Brew House, a brewery specializing in traditional German Ales and Pilsners as well as innovative and experimental IPAs. Over the next few weeks, several other select regional breweries will be joining the Brewery Collective,\u00a0 giving local craft beer lovers the opportunity to discover a variety of new brews, featuring multiple styles, made by multiple brewers and breweries, working together on-location.<\/p>\n \u00a0\u201cIt\u2019s an exciting time to be part of the craft beer community!\u201d CT Brewery Collective Director of Business Development, Lauren Rua, said. \u201cWith the growth in demand for great beer at a great destination, it was only natural to develop a venue where a collective group of craft beer brewers can make their own recipes available for craft beer consumers across the region and state, all while providing it on-tap in one central location.\u201d<\/p>\n The Collective will feature a wide selection of IPAs, lagers, sours and stouts. \u201cThe choices available at the Brewery Collective will provide a wide range of styles for the craft beer lover in all of us,\u201d said Rua. \u201cMoreover, it will provide a place to brew, a taproom and a homegrown customer base.
